Careers at HEAL Psychotherapy Group
We are excited to begin growing our team. At this time, we are not yet accepting or reviewing applications. This page is intended to provide an overview of future opportunities with our practice. Please check back in the coming months for updates on open positions.
At HEAL Psychotherapy Group, we’ve created a supportive and vibrant work environment where clinicians can truly thrive. With a steady stream of referrals from universities and colleges throughout the Greater Boston area, our practice is an ideal fit for those who love the energy and purpose of college counseling center work but want the autonomy and flexibility of private practice. We offer the independence of managing your own caseload alongside the unique benefits that make college counseling centers special: a dynamic population of young adult clients, a collaborative and caring team of clinicians that regularly consult with one another, and a shared commitment to continual learning and professional growth. We value work–life balance, offer flexible scheduling, and are looking for clinicians who want a professional home and who feel passionate about supporting young adults through this formative stage of life.
What we are looking for:
Psychologists and Social Workers who are licensed in Massachusetts
At least two years experience working in a college counseling setting or providing treatment to young adults
Clinicians with a strong interest in working with young adults (e.g., college students, graduate students, and individuals in emerging adulthood), and an appreciation for the unique developmental and mental health needs of this population
Clinicians who are open to seeing a portion of their caseload in person and who value spending some time in the office to foster connection and community within the clinic
Those who value flexibility and independence while also seeking a collaborative clinical community for professional growth and support
Professionals who have certifications or advanced training in trauma-focused treatments (i.e. EMDR, Somatic Therapies, IFS, PE, etc.)
