Individual Therapy
Our one-on-one individual therapy sessions provide a collaborative approach between client and therapist to meet the client’s particular goals. We work to match each client with a therapist whose clinical skill and personal style will be best suited to meet the client’s needs.
Our clinical approach is grounded in a contemporary psychodynamic perspective, which provides a foundation for understanding patterns, relationships, and emotional experiences. From this framework, we integrate a range of evidence-based techniques including relational-interpersonal, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical-behavioral (DBT), and mindfulness-based skills to support clients in meaningful and personalized ways.
Group Therapy
Groups provide a therapeutic space where individuals come together with a trained clinician to share experiences, explore challenges, and practice new ways of relating. In a supportive and confidential setting, group members gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, learn from one another, and build skills that promote healing and growth. The group becomes a community where members can feel understood, supported, and empowered as they work toward their personal goals.
Trauma Treatment
Many of our clinicians have specialized training and skills in trauma-focused therapies shown to effectively treat a number of challenges that result from interpersonal trauma, loss, social oppression, and many other types of life adversities.
We use a phase-oriented approach to trauma treatment, which means we move through healing in carefully guided stages. We begin by building a foundation of safety, trust, and stabilization; essential elements that help clients feel grounded and supported. As treatment progresses, we gradually and collaboratively shift toward processing traumatic experiences at a pace that feels manageable. The final stage focuses on reconnection and integration, helping clients expand their sense of agency, strengthen relationships, and build a meaningful life beyond trauma. Throughout all phases, the focus, structure, and pace of sessions are tailored to meet each client where they are in their healing journey.
